—How We Founded
Simple standards, natural ingredients.
We have very simple standards. We only use natural ingredients — with vegan and organic sources at the heart of the range. We prefer to source locally, from the UK.
Rather than chase one hero ingredient, we use a mix — a hero and a supporting cast. We form long-lasting relationships with our suppliers, and we stay in close contact with them.
Everything we use is traceable, and we work with suppliers who can trace the origin of every ingredient we buy.
We take a little more, but we use it for longer. We’re not interested in the latest fad ingredient, or in the exotic, expensive or rare.
The Rules
Four rules we have not broken yet.
Each one has cost us money at least once. That is roughly how you tell a value from a slogan.

Test it first
Nothing goes on the site until we’ve tried it ourselves. We only sell what we would happily use at home.

Publish every review
We welcome honest feedback — good and bad. A wall of five stars tells you nothing about how a product really behaves.

Price it honestly
We price what it costs to make well — not what the market will bear.

Drop what stops working
Our catalogue is large on purpose — and we’re proud of it. Every product still has to earn its place, and if something stops working, it goes.

How It’s Made
Chosen by hand, from essential oils to gemstones.
We work with a small number of trusted suppliers, and we value merit over exclusivity. Every product in our range — essential oils, incense, fragrance oils, gemstones and minerals — is chosen by hand and quality-checked before it ever reaches the site.
We only use natural ingredients, and we never take shortcuts. If a product doesn’t earn its place, it doesn’t go on the site.
