What is the difference between Ruby Zoisite and other green stones?

Ruby Zoisite is distinct because it is a natural combination of two minerals. While the base is an earthy green zoisite, it is characterized by its specific pink and red ruby highlights and occasional black hornblende streaks, which differentiate it from solid green stones like jade or aventurine.

Are these stones suitable for jewelry making?

Yes, these polished tumble stones are popular for various craft and jewelry projects. Their smooth finish makes them suitable for wire wrapping into pendants or incorporating into mosaic art and other decorative designs.

How should I care for my Ruby Zoisite tumble stones?

To maintain the polished luster of your stones, simply wipe them with a soft, damp cloth when needed. It is best to avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or ultrasonic devices, as these can sometimes affect the surface of natural minerals.
